This vintage Hollywood Regency style casket was too good to simply hold jewelry. With its elaborate gold tone filigree, floral scrollwork, little feet and beveled glass lid, it looks like something that should have been sitting on a psychic's table for the last fifty years.
So I filled it accordingly.
Inside is a collection of tools chosen specifically for divination and energetic protection: a wooden pendulum board, glass evil eye pendulum, black kyanite fan, moonstone sphere and my Protection Cleansing Water.
Use the pendulum and board when you need a direct answer. Moonstone has long been associated with intuition and psychic awareness, while black kyanite is commonly used in spiritual practices for clearing, grounding and energetic protection. The evil eye adds another traditional layer of protection against unwanted attention and negative energy.
And when you're finished, everything has its own ridiculously beautiful little home.

Ways to Use Your Divination Casket
Keep the casket on your altar, reading table or nightstand with your divination tools tucked inside.
Before a reading, use the Protection spray to clear yourself and your space. Black kyanite can be placed nearby as a protective and grounding stone, while moonstone can be used when you're trying to quiet the mental racket and listen to your intuition.
Use the evil eye pendulum with the included board for yes/no questions, or use the pendulum independently when working with your own divination practice.
And obviously you don't have to use it exactly the way I would. Once it's yours, make it weird in whatever way works for you.
About the Vintage Casket
The casket itself is vintage and pre-owned, so some age-related wear, patina, discoloration or small imperfections may be present. That's part of what gives these old pieces their character rather than making them look like they arrived yesterday from a factory.
I have not identified a maker or exact date, so I'm describing it as Hollywood Regency style rather than inventing an illustrious French provenance for it because the internet enjoys doing that.
The casket is the vintage component; the spiritual tools included with it are newer unless otherwise noted.
