Crystal Shop FAQs

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and after payment is confirmed. All items are processed and sent out within 5 business days unless we’re experiencing a large number of orders during the holidays or sales.

Weekend orders will be processed during the following business day. Orders received after 5 PM PST on Fridays will be processed on the next business day.

Internation shipping to select locations is available via my Etsy shop.

Once your order is shipped, it’s out of my hands and I can’t guarantee its delivery.

I entered the wrong shipping address!

Orders are usually shipped rather quickly, so please contact me ASAP so I can fix that.

Additional Shipping Information

We ship to all 50 states via USPS and they are experiencing an unprecedented volume of packages to deliver. If your order is larger we will look for a more affordable alternative if it’s available.

We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is ready to go. Please allow the USPS 24-48 hours to update the tracking information.

We recommend following your order tracking closely to stay informed regarding the whereabouts of your order.

Once we drop off your packages to the USPS, it’s in their hands and we have no control at that point.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are unable to take responsibility and will not refund or replace lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages marked "delivered" or "in-transit".

If your package is lost, you must file a claim with USPS Claims.

My order says it’s delivered but it’s not here! Now what?

If you have a notification that your order has shipped/delivered, but the tracking information has not been updated by the USPS, sign up for delivery updates on the USPS website as sometimes that seems to trigger their system to update your delivery details.

We ship to the address provided at checkout so you will need to work with your local USPS office if there’s an issue with delivery. We will not be held responsible for packages that have wrong or incomplete addresses. If the order is undeliverable to the original address provided and is returned, the customer is required to pay an additional shipping fee for redelivery and return fees.

Some a**hole stole my package, will you replace it?

I’m so sorry to hear that, but I’m not responsible for stolen packages. You can contact the USPS or the police.

What do I do if my crystal arrives broken?

Sadly, this happens from time to time. If your order arrives with a broken crystal, I will do my best to replace the crystal if I have additional stock available. Simply send an image of your broken crystal from your order.

How do I contact you about my order?

I need to cancel or change my order.

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact me immediately. Because I want you to receive your package as quickly as possible, I may be unable to cancel your order or make changes because it may already be in the hands of the USPS.

Do you offer e-Gift Cards?

Yes, purchase one here. Partially used gift cards can't be refunded.

Where do you get your crystals from?

I work with suppliers that have developed decades-long relationships with mines and miners that ethically source the minerals, as well as folks that personally find these gems ready to send them to a loving home.

Are your products and/or materials used natural or man-made?

It's my top priority to personally hand-select real, healing crystals for my shop.

At times, you’ll find human-treated crystals in the shop, such as aura treatments (where a metal coating is applied), heat-treated (to bring out the color), or dyed stones, but that is noted in the listing for each specific item so that you can make an informed decision.

Do you offer returns?

All sales are final as we sell one-of-a-kind items. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us. We will ask for a photo of the damaged item and either attempt to replace the item with a similar item or issue you a refund, EXCLUDING the cost of the postage.

Sales of digital products downloaded are final. No refunds will be issued to those who purchase duplicate content, i.e. one product is also a part of another digital product bundle.

Tarot Reading FAQs

I don’t have a specific question, can I still get a tarot reading?

Yes, I can do a general reading for you and whatever your spirit team wants you to know will come up.

Could you do a pendulum reading in combination or instead of a tarot card reading?

Sure, just let me know when you purchase your reading, your preference, and what you’re looking to find more information on.

Will my tarot card reading be filled with bunnies, rainbows, and fluff just to get me to come back to you?

Nope. With your tarot card reading, you will get the information that you NEED and not necessarily what you WANT to hear. I read the cards and give you the messages… and sometimes those messages are blunt and to the point. While I do my best to deliver the message with tact, you may not like the message.

The message you may receive is only intended to help you grow and move forward - and sometimes hearing the truth isn’t always pretty but your spiritual team only wants to help you.

I don’t like what you said in your reading, can I get a refund?

Sorry, but there are no refunds on tarot card readings. I tell you exactly what I see in the cards and what your spirit guides want you to know regardless if it may hurt your feelings.

How much information do you need from me to do a reading?

Not much.

Where’s my reading? How soon can I expect to receive my reading? I bought one and it’s been a week.

Currently, I finish personal tarot readings and sent back to you within 5 business days. If you don’t have a reading from me, check your spam box because some readings end up there. If you can’t find it there, you can contact me and we will get it found.

How will I get my reading?

Your reading is recorded in a video and you will receive a private video link to watch the video whenever you want as many times as you’d like.

How does a tarot card reading work by email work?

When you pay for a reading, you will send me the questions that you want answers to. I tap into your energy and get assistance from my spirit guides that chat with your guides to bring me the messages that they want you to hear. With the tarot cards, there can be many meanings for each card, but my intuition helps me get the right message for you.

Can the tarot cards predict the future?

Tarot can give you guidance on your future, but you, and everyone else in the world, have ‘free will’. ‘Free will’ means that you are free to change your path at any time so the guidance you get from your reading is a guide for how to approach likely future events, but know that at any time you get to choose how to live your life.

How accurate are tarot cards?

In terms of percentage accuracy? Don’t know. There is always room for misinterpretation as I don’t know everything (don’t tell my husband). I do my best to get all of the messages that you are meant to hear put into your reading, but again, if you don’t like what you get in a reading you are always able to change the outcome because of free will and you’re the only person in charge of your life.

Will I get an answer to all of my questions?

Not necessarily, but it’s not for a lack of trying on my part. Sometimes the answers are complicated or your spirit team doesn’t want to answer that question. When getting an answer is difficult, I try a few things to see if I can get the answer and if I can’t, I’ll tell you that I can’t. I am not going to make shit up in your tarot card reading.

If I cancel my account, when do I lose access?

Immediately. You will not be charged again and your account will be closed IMMEDIATELY.

Can I get a refund?

The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months or years of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for time unused with an open account. The only exception to the refund policy is: a renewed subscription payment may be refunded if a request for refund has been received in writing within 24 hours of the renewal date.
