This is not a shy little amethyst ring.
A round lavender amethyst sits at the center, surrounded by an entire explosion of faceted pear-shaped amethysts arranged like petals. The result is a big, sparkling gemstone flower that takes up some serious real estate on your finger.
And that pale lavender color is gorgeous. Instead of the darker royal purple you often see in amethyst, these stones have a softer lilac-to-lavender tone that catches the light beautifully across all those facets.
Metaphysically, amethyst is traditionally associated with intuition, discernment, spiritual awareness, protection and calming an overactive mind. It's one of my favorite stones for psychic and tarot work because sometimes the problem isn't that you're receiving nothing. It's that you're receiving something while your brain simultaneously offers seventeen alternative explanations, three anxieties and an unrelated memory from 1994.
I like amethyst for turning down the static enough to hear what actually matters.
Wear it for readings, meditation, intuitive work, before making a decision or whenever you need to stop mentally chewing on the same situation for the 400th time.
The flower design also gives this one a lovely secondary symbolism around growth and opening up, so it would make a beautiful talisman for coming out of a stagnant period and allowing yourself to become something a little different.
Although, frankly, this ring doesn't require a spiritual assignment.
Look at the damn thing.
