This ring has absolutely no interest in being subtle, and I respect that.
The oversized elongated design has an Art Deco feel, with geometric green enamel borders, ornate gold-tone metalwork and clear faceted stones arranged across the face. Even the sides of the band have decorative detailing, because apparently whoever designed this decided there would be no boring angles.
I don't know the maker, age, exact metal composition or what the clear stones are, so I'm selling it simply as a costume jewelry piece rather than inventing a glamorous provenance for it. The clear stones appear to be rhinestones or similar costume-jewelry stones, and the metal is gold tone.
What I can tell you is that it looks like something a fabulously wealthy woman in a 1930s murder mystery would wear while refusing to answer perfectly reasonable questions about where she was at 11:45 p.m.
Which, frankly, is enough for me.
