My Witchy Holiday Gift Guide

And 2021’s a wrap! Well, almost.

It’s December and it’s that time of year. You know where you’re supposed to buy gifts for your witchy friends, but often find things that you totally need forgetting to buy stuff for your friends. Oops!

I thought I’d put together a few of my favorite things if you’re looking for something to buy yourself or a friend.

And if you have any suggestions of things that I should check out to buy myself this year, let me know in the comments!

Tarot Decks

Tell It Like It Is Tarot

I’ll go first with my deck. It’s a tarot deck with meanings on it… it’s great for new readers and experienced readers who would rather not get out of the intuition zone when a brain fart happens. If you want it, you can grab it here.

Haunted House Tarot

Next up is what was my go-to true crime deck (until I created my own deck) that I always forget the title of if you watch my YouTube videos and it’s called…Tarot of the Haunted House.

It’s truly a one-of-a-kind deck that you’re gonna enjoy having in your collection.

The Crow Tarot has made its way into my heart. Usually, I’m not a person that’s into animal decks but this is a deck that I totally love working with.

Oracle Cards

Work Your Light Oracle + Starseed Oracle

The two decks that I use in 99% of my private readings are now one deck that I love so much which is Work Your Light Oracle combined with Starseed Oracle.

It is always spot on and says what sometimes I can’t articulate. If you don’t have it, get the two decks and take out the practically duplicate cards and make one awesome deck to work with!

Southern Gothic Oracle

Since this deck has come into my world I wondered how I did without it before. This is right up there in the rankings next to my Work Your Light Oracle + Starseed Oracle deck.

I don’t know why I have bonded so tightly with this deck so quickly, but who cares? I LOVE IT!!! If I could be the ambassador of this deck (do they even have those?) I would be that person.

If you purchase the Southern Gothic Oracle deck, do yourself a favor and get the Haunts Expansion pack. It’s only 9 more cards, but I feel that they really add to the reading.

Antiquities of Magick Oracle Deck

This lil oracle deck is precious, I just love it! This deck comes from Jillian C Wilde and she also created the Naked Heart Tarot. That deck is one I’m struggling with because I’m old and get irritated when things get named something else (Court Cards: Kings are Spirit, Queen is Heart, Knight is a Movement, Page is Innocence and the Emperor is the Sky Father). My brain doesn’t compute but this oracle deck that she created, you don’t need to compute anything.

You interpret the symbols as you wish or you can follow the guidebook. Either way, they are seriously gorgeous!

Divination Tools

The Spread Deck

The Spread Deck popped up in my Etsy feed, so I had to check it out. This deck of cards allows you to pick cards and create your own spread to lay your tarot or oracle cards upon.

This is a nice tool to use with your tarot or oracle cards when you want to create a spread for yourself whenever you want. I think it is perfect if you wanna do a big spread, but if you’re a reader where you lay cards, clear them and do other spreads fairly quickly you may find the process of separating the cards tedious. But, for the ease of making your own spreads and having the meaning for each spot is fabulous!

Candles

I always light a candle before I start a reading and usually it is the Sacred Smudge Candle.

And if I’m going to be doing a reading that has me raising my eyebrows before I even get started, then the Protection Candle comes out.

On occasion, I get me some other candles from Anita Apothecary on Etsy. You’ll want to favorite her shop.

So I love love love Anita Apothecary candles. And her oils?! Amazing… trust me when I say that if you are or know an intuitive, this Divination & Clairvoyance ritual oil is one that they will appreciate. I mean I love that oil so much I put it on my tarot deck, but I don’t recommend doing that.

And lastly, a wand. For me, it’s a selenite wand that I use to open and close a circle before and after my readings.

It’s also good to use to cleanse your energy field after being out in the world. You know, to get those energy spider webs off of yourself. Believe me, you’re gonna thank me after you try it!
