The customer excuses for not buying can be a list a mile long. Here's how to get them to buy.
They tell you that they can't afford you, but they're fucking with you.
What they are really saying is that you haven't clearly told the why they need and want your creative genius.
You're in the wrong place if you're looking for G-Rated advice. There's plenty of other G-Rated people you can follow.
You are in the wrong place if you're looking for business advice that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
You are in the wrong place if you can't get the bigger message included with the curse words.
You are in the wrong place if you think I'm going to pretend to be something I'm not.
You are in the wrong place if you think I actually give a shit that my cursing turns you off.
You're in the wrong place if you think that cursing has no place in business.
You're in the wrong place if you want me to conform to what you need.
You're in the wrong place if you want me to coddle you and tell you that good enough is okay.
You're in the wrong place if you want to stay in the shadows and play it safe.
You're in the wrong place when you're not concerned with the bigger picture, but the stupid details.
I do not care if you do not like my content.
I do not care if you do not like the swear words.
I do not care if you think I'm making a fool of myself.
I do not care if you think I email too much.
I do not care if you think I'm not professional.
I do not care if you do not like me.
I do not care if you do not like my advice.
I do not care if you criticize me.
I will not try to convince you of anything. I don't ask you to change, don't ask me to.
When you tell me that I can't be successful being me, I laugh. You have no idea how wrong you are and what a waste of time it is to tell me that.
I love giving my clients so much value that they are blown away.
I love being my client's cheerleader.
I love being able to inspire my clients.
I love being there to lift them up when they're down.
I love telling my clients that the sky's the limit and brainstorming with them how to hit it out of the park.
I will show you how to make money and how to be successful growing a design business.
But if you want to focus on my language, then you're never going to be a success.
I am not here to make you love me. I'm not here to seek your approval. I'm here for one reason only.

The beauty of all of it is that you don't have to pay attention to me. You don't have to like me. And I don't have to take shit from those who want to hate on me.
Everytime someone tries to force me to be something I'm not, it makes me want to go even harder. I hard for success, for my clients and myself.
If I lived in fear that I'd say something that would offend someone and had to water myself down, I'd still offend someone while living in constant fear.
Remember that thing called "free will"? Take yourself out of the equation, and out of my world and you'll be back to your happy space. See how easy that is?
I will wake up tomorrow and do it all again. Whether or not I have your approval.

See, this one time, I hired one of those online design companies that got lots of funding. Just for research. Okay, and I wanted to see if they could come up with something better than I could.
Perhaps it's not fair for an interior designer to hire another interior designer firm to see what the experience is like, but I did it anyway. And I wanted to see how it feels to be the client.
Here's how it went...
If you don't offer virtual interior design, you might be thinking that getting local interior design clients with your website is a joke. A 'bwahahaha' type of joke. But it's not. Stop laughing.
Finding the ideal interior design clients doesn't have to be a chore. In fact, when you set up your brand and website that's all you're gonna attract.
Your brand is supposed to represent you online in a way that reflects you AND who you want to work with. If your brand isn’t supporting your goals and getting you the clients you want, then it isn’t supporting you ideally, much like my bras.
