Why I Changed My Income Goal

"I wanna make just enough to get by. I don't need millions."

I used to think that. I don't need a fancy car or a house on the beach. I just need enough money to get me by.

I realized I was wrong.

This was all about wanting to stay humble and not becoming some real asshole who is detached from the world. And by knowing myself well enough, that would never happen.

I also realized that I MUST make millions.

We all want freedom. Plain and simple and that comes from making money.

You know what the average interior designer salary is? $50,000 Gross. GROSS. You know what's gross about that? You might take home $35,000. That's not enough to have the freedom you want.

I don't want to eek out a living. I don't want to retire and scrape by watching my dollars eating cat food for dinner.

I want to make millions. So I can have the freedom to live how I want. So I never have to be in debt. So I can donate to charity. So I can be free to be me.

I can't depend on social security or a 401k. I can depend on me. And you can depend on you when you change what you believe you need and make it happen.

So how do make millions? Figure out how to get there. Yes, it involves math. How much do you need to charge? How many clients do you need?

Then how do you get those clients? Expand your exposure. You need to get out there and sell.

Make it happen by taking action. Make a plan. Figure out how much money you need, then how you're gonna make that money. Seriously.
